Recently, our local newspaper kept the focus on our local bus companies and the services that they provide.. Also in the forum, ppl mention that the bus services have not been improved throughout the years.. After reading that, i dont know whether i should support or i should be angry of what they sent in and what they wrote.. First of all.. people are alwayz complaning that buses often arrived late and most of the time, bunch up with one and other.. for that, i felt like replying to them.. Passenger alwayz complain that the Traffic Police or the Companies do not take actions against those ppl who use the bus lane.. Let me ask this question again.. Most of the time, who are the ones using the bus lanes.. ?? Itz the TAXIS.. Think it this way.. If ppl do not Hail the TAXIs from the road side, do you think the taxis will cut in and out of the lane unnesseary causing the BCs or SCs to brake the bus suddendly.. ? the answer would be NO.. the ride would be more pleasant and the Bus would have arrived on time.. If the Passengers would have been more "GUAI" and wait for their taxi at proper taxi stands, things would be different.. As for NAC buses.. well i do agree with what PTC wrote.. it would be stupid if the retire the bus early.. then, tell you frankly, i would prefer the Volvo Olympian 2 axles over the other AC buses... the bus could travel much more faster.. :P Crowded and Full buses.. For this.. i would like to say this.. WAKE UP YOUR BLOODY IDEA man.. i just dont like the STUPID ATTITUDE of Singapore commuters while travelling on the buses.. if you dont believe me.. take a look at what is happening every other single day.. take a trip down to Orchard and you will know.. well.. Me and my fellow Bus Fans had experienced before.. the bus is almost packed.. driver told passengers to move to the back of the bus.. passenger dont wan listen.. must wait until the Uncle is Pek Chek shout all the &^$%(*&%%^@# then are willing to move their butts.. This is something which is happening.. I do not blame the BCs or the Companies.. they are already doing their best le.. Take a Look.. 147 have about 38-40 Buses running on the route during peak hrs.. and ppl are still complaining tht they cant board the bus (the the buses are arriving at 5mins freq) WHAT THE HELL.. DONT BLAME THE BCs OR SBST.. BLAME ON YOUR FELLOW COUNTRY MATES STANDING HAPPILY INSIDE THE BUS NOT WANTING TO MOVE THEIR GOLDEN BUTT. FUCK YOU man.. take a trip down to Shenton Way and you'll see a similar story... a bus comes.. everyone rushes for the bus.. often or not.. the elders and the young are the last to board the bus.. then what happens next ?? Those who got a seat for their golden seats are those who work at those HIGH rise Office towers getting a >$2000.. while those who stand are the elders and the young have to stand all the way... Inside the bus, you'll see this. ppl are ignoring the poor old man/lady standing.. they do so by acting that they are reading a Newspaper(very FAKE lor..) Sleepin (OMG. .This is WORST).. Another story.. i dont understand this at alll.... Why does Singapore Government provide so much money for the education for singapore students when what comes out.. ?? ppl with NO common sense at all.. when i bus is getting full... common sense would tell you that it is best to get a seat.. so that the bus could accomadate more ppl rite ? (hello.. give ppl a chance to board lar..) but what do i see..?? Students standing.. WHY ? Oh.. Thats because the person seated is the opposite sex.. what the... If that the case.. might as well you take a cab.. isnt it better ?? I dont know whether i'll live to see the day whereby Singapore would be like Japan, New Zealand.. whereby they queue up at every single bus stops (Over here.. Itz WORST.. you dont even see ppl queueing up at INT) and giving up seats to those who need it more (here.. itz 1st come 1st serve).. One thing for sure.. it will not happen in Singapore in recent years... I would like to remind all who are taking the bus the next time.. USE YOUR BLOODY COMMON SENSE WHEN TAKING THE BUS..
