Friday - 17 November 2006Did nothing much tdy.. Met FS and BH and we popped down to Aiport for our lunch. And once again, I had my favourite Breaded Fried Chicken.. Yum Yum.. It's worth it since it caused only $5 and it gives you a very big portion oof it.. WHee... I Love Wild Olives.. lols..
Took 2 trips of 36 before i headed home.
From the 2 trips (actually itz more of 1 1/4 la..) of Svc 36, you could actually see the different side of Singapore Drivers. Often or not, people would complain that the bus is late. Yepp.. The 36 i took was indeed late. BUT, what caused the bus to be late? It wasnt the bus captain who drove slowly.. It was your fellow Singaporeans who caused the bus to be late. Most of the cases were that other drivers on the road were unwilling to give way to the buses. People not wanting to move to the back of the bus.. Causing unusually long loading time. Because of all these acts by your fellow SIngaporeans, the BC have to endure the furstrations by other commuters down the route.
Sometimes, i really do wonder.. What is going on in the mind of Singaporeans.. Alwayz complaining that our buses are in very bad shape.. NAC buses.. Tight Seatings and the list goes on. They would alwayz say that HK got better buses than us.. Better services than us.. Well.. Regarding to that.. Yes.. i do agree that HK buses are in some ways better than us. BUT.. Singaporeans are alwayz comparing our Old buses withe Their NEW buses. Thats abit unfair. HK does have a fair share of old buses running around.. And when i took some of them, i can say that Singapore buses are much more better than HKs buses. With their 3+2 Seating on Most of the DDs, seats there are ALOT squeezer than our Very Dear Leyland buses.
Take a look at the picture.. Get the meaning of squeezy now ? COme on.. You may say that this bus is to old ? erm.. for those who dont know, this bus is at most 12Yrs old.. Even younger than our 1st AirCon DD. Seriously.. SIngaporeans are getting way TOO PAMPERED !!!! Stupid little things they wanna make complain.. Come on.. Wake Up your bloody ideas.. waiting 10mins for a bus also cannot ? then what do you want ? Bus service with 1 Min Frequency ?? FARK!!! You can very well go do that in YOUR DREAMS !!Attended to some stuffs in the morning..
Went to Beach Rd with my Youth Wing Friends to walk about before we headed down to SUntec City to shopped.. lols.. Finally i can sensed that the crowds are coming back to Suntec. A scene all thankz to the 8th MotorShow being held in Suntec. lols.. Slacked at Macdonalds for some moments before we went to Chinatown to have Dinner with Col. Chan. over at Yum Cha Rest.
Food wasnt too bad.. but.. It wasnt filling.. Felt abit hungry after the dinner.. lols.. I think i better do something before my NAPFA which is just a few months later.. haha.. Must start training liao..
Okay.. Seems that there will be some changes benig made and that ive gotta face a whole new environmet which i had nvr done before.. Well.. It was kinda shocked to me but.... Since the challenge was give to me.. I will then accept the challenge and complete the challenge given to me in the very 1st place... :)
