Sorry guys, gotta do some bus updates. Bear with me k ?
Tdy was the first day where SBST deploys Aircon buses on JIS (Jurong Industrial Services). When down there at around noon only to find that the Leylands were all on Split Shifts rather then the FulL Day Shift as predicted by me.
In order to spent my time, i did 1 round trip of Svc254 (BoonLay Int - Tuas Ave 11). What i must say is that this service is NO JOKE.. Total journey time is 1Hr10Mins. 2 Words to describe this service. BUTT PAIN. But still, itz kinda fun to see all the heavy ship-building industries located at the Tuas Side..
Did 178 to Kranji MRT and back again. ELBO and UD were nice. Super chiongster on the expressway and along Woodlands Rd.
Met up with YX and we did 255 on a Leyland.. Kinda weird to have AC bus on a JIS service. i was trying to open window after i sat down ony to realise that it was an AirCon Bus. No choice... Used to it le.. The BC was a scary driver who tries to speed down narrow roads and around corners. Experience was kinda refreshing.. =P
Wanted to do a 249 Leyland but my butt protested and said no to more JIS services. Oh well, did a couple of shots at the Entrance of BNL int with YX before i left for home...
It looks kinda weird for JIS service to have an xtra set of wheels. But well.. It looks nice anyway. I like the 1st pix.. 257 LO with a JobsDB.com ad.. SImply Nice... Tmr's Class BBQ outing.. Hope that everything turns out fine... Well.. Till then.... =)
