SBST Buzz My Day..

Starting point was VivoCity.
Flag off was about 1100Hrs and off we go heading to our 1st checkpoint @ Toa Payoh.

Took the NEL and alighted at BoonKeng. missed 31 (too many participants onboard). Ran for 1 bus stop and we took 151 then finally 90. Reached Toa Payoh Buzz Pod and did a few questions before we were off to the 2nd Checkpoint.

From TPY, we took 31 >> 151 >> 8 >> 24 to get to Singapore Post Centre. Answered 3 Riddles and a task at Coffee Bean. It was rather quick.. Off we go... 3rd Checkpoint..

Took Svc 70 and alighted at Nicoll Highway to transfer Svc 16. check iris but it failed to locate the bus. Ended up spending close to 10mins at the Suntec BusStop waiting for Svc 14 instead. ALighted at Youth Park and we ran over to the Heeren. Identified the 100.3 Radio DJ and identified some of the fruits shown on the pavement before we head off to Checkpoint 4.

Took 143 and alighted at New Bridge Rd Centre. From the way we ran in Chinatown, we actually did a loop over there. Started at New Bridge Rd Centre pit stop at Chinatown Food Street, The Indian Temple, Chinatown Heritage Center followed by Chinatown MRT Stn. Hopped on to NEL and we were back to VivoCity - Our Last Checkpoint for the day.

We were told to look out for a kind of coffee brand.. went over to Giant and found that they did not carry that brand of coffee. so we gave up and went over to the canon shot to finish out task. took a photo and send it for printing. Ran over to some watch shop and finally back to the ending point. Before we handed up, we then found out that the coffee stall was there. Not many ppl knew from what i know. handed up our answer booklet and we completed our race at 1423Hrs. Well before 1500hrs. The time we suppose to be back or face disqualified.

Hang around the area till around 1640Hrs and they announced the top 10 winners for the Buzz My Day Race. 10th - 4th prizes were already given out. down to the top 3 prizes. 3rd prize was announced and i didnt really had much hope for it. Until the MCs announced that the 2nd prize winners won the 3rd prize winners by a mere 1 point and that there were 4ppl in the team. Team number starts with 1..... and ends with a 8. WHEEEE.. This was so unexpected.. was kinda shocked that we actually won the 2nd prize of Buzz My Day out of a total of 250 teams for that day...
